The following terms apply to all wholesale and initial trial orders to ensure a transparent and sustainable partnership.

  1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) – High Flexibility At Lux Abaya, we empower your business growth from the very first step.
  • Initial Trial (Sample Batch): Only 5 pieces per design. This allows you to test our quality, “khéo tay” craftsmanship, and market fit with zero risk.
  • Official Wholesale: Starts at 50 pieces per design, with highly flexible options for long-term partners.
  1. Turnaround Time
  • Estimated 2-3 weeks, depending on design complexity and the Islamic selling season (Ramadan/Eid).
  • Note: Rapid prototyping is available for initial 1 pcs trial orders.
  1. Discount Rate
  • Standard wholesale discounts start from 15%.
  • We are open to negotiation for ALL ORDER QUANTITIES to ensure your business achieves the best profit margins.
  1. Sample Order Policy
  • Free Sample (Trial): We offer Free Samples (excluding shipping) for verified wholesale inquiries.
  • For custom-developed designs, samples are priced at 2× the wholesale rate, which will be 100% credited back to your bulk order.
  1. Payment Methods Lux Abaya accepts the following secure payment methods:
    • Bank Transfer (Swift/T/T)
    • PayPal (Friends & Family or Goods & Services)
    • Western Union / MoneyGram / Remitly
  • OnePay
  1. Shipping & Customs Support
  • Fast Delivery: Primary carriers are UPS/FedEx/DHL with an estimated delivery of 5–7 business days.
  • Cost Efficiency: While other suppliers often have hidden costs (10–15%), Lux Abaya structures export operations to keep additional charges at a minimum of 1–2%, ensuring maximum price transparency.
  1. Compensation & Quality Guarantee Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for significant manufacturing errors.

(1) Minor Defects: A discount of up to 20% on affected items plus technical guidance.

(2) Major Defects: Full returns/refunds are accepted with clear video/photo evidence. Return shipping costs are shared between the customer and Lux Abaya.

At LuxAbaya, we offer flexible and secure payment options to support our global partners in international transactions.

1. Bank Transfer (Primary Method)

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) for all international orders. This is the most common and efficient payment method for bulk production.
