From idea development to shipment, our professional ordering process follows these steps:

(0) Inquiry

(1) Concept & Design: Start with your sketches, tech packs, or references. Our design team specializes in integrating traditional Islamic aesthetics with modern tailoring.

(2) Material & Detail Fulfillment: Select from our premium fabric library (Medina Silk, Nida, Cey Crepe). Confirm embroidery patterns, beadwork, and color palettes with guidance from our experts to ensure the highest quality finish.

(3) Free Sample Production: We produce a Free Sample for your evaluation. You will receive high-definition photos and videos, or the physical garment, for approval prior to mass production.

(4) Invoice & Payment: Receive a transparent invoice including final design specs, quantities, and shipping fees. A 70% deposit is required to initiate mass production.

(5) Mass Production: Our 100+ skilled artisans execute production based on the approved sample. With a capacity of 20,000 pcs/month, we ensure an efficient timeline of 3-5 weeks depending on complexity.

(6) Quality Control (QC): Every Abaya undergoes a multi-stage inspection according to our 30-year quality standards, focusing on stitch precision, thread trimming, and crystal attachment durability.

(7) Balance & Shipping: Upon QC approval, the remaining balance is settled. We arrange global shipment (Air/Sea) and collect your feedback to ensure long-term partnership satisfaction.
